7 Days Uganda Wildlife and Gorilla Safari

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Rwakabunga Safaris representative and transferred to your luxury hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may opt for a serene walk in the Entebbe Botanical Gardens or enjoy a sunset boat cruise on Lake Victoria. In the evening, relax in elegant surroundings, where you will also receive a detailed safari briefing before dinner.

Day 2: Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, you will drive or take a scheduled flight to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive across the Kasenyi plains where elephants, lions, and large herds of antelope roam freely. End the day with sundowners overlooking the sprawling savannah.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Today is the highlight of your safari as you set out for gorilla trekking. After a briefing at the park headquarters, embark on a guided trek through dense rainforest to find one of the habituated gorilla families. Once located, spend an awe-inspiring hour observing them as they feed, groom, and play in their natural habitat. Return to your lodge for a late lunch and relaxation, followed by an optional cultural encounter with the Batwa community.

Day 6: Bwindi to Lake Mburo National Park
